Holistic Counselling
The term holistic means “to become whole”. Holistic counselling is a therapeutic approach that recognises the interconnectedness of all aspects of an individual's life. This integrative approach to therapy invites you to explore the root causes of your challenges in order to support personal growth, healing and meaningful change.
What is Holistic Counselling?
The holistic counselling approach extends beyond traditional talk therapy by integrating various aspects of your life to promote overall wellbeing. Sessions support you to navigate the challenges, stressors and triggers that are present in your everyday life, whether that be in your relationships, work, health or purpose.
Rather than focusing solely on specific issues or symptoms, holistic therapy sessions consider you as a whole, taking into account your mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing. While I support individuals through a holistic framework, my approach to counselling is also grounded and practical. Therefore, I hold a safe space for you to process difficulties and learn how to manage real issues that arise in your life with greater insight, balance and freedom.
Holistic counselling sessions can be booked as single sessions or as a package of 3 or 5 sessions.
“Observing holistically - to observe, to see or to listen to the whole total content of something. We look at things partially, according to our pleasure, or according to our conditioning, or according to some idealistic point of view. So we are always looking at things fragmentarily….to observe freely, holistically, means there is no fragmentation. To observe holistically implies freedom.”
Jiddu Krishnamurti
